Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Lab Flow Pro, a laboratory management platform operated by AInfomics . Last updated: March 2026.
1. What this product is
Lab Flow Pro is business software for diagnostic laboratories: patient registration, test catalog, structured result entry, report approval, billing, and optional patient portal access. It is not a medical publisher, telehealth provider, or substitute for licensed clinical judgment.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. Each lab workspace is scoped to authorized staff assigned by your lab administrator. You are responsible for activity under your account and for complying with applicable privacy and healthcare regulations in your jurisdiction.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful laboratory operations you are authorized to perform.
- Do not attempt to access another lab’s data, bypass security controls, or reverse engineer the software except where law permits.
- Do not upload malware, scrape the service in ways that impair availability, or resell access without written agreement.
4. Online SaaS vs offline desktop
The online service is hosted on our infrastructure with periodic updates. The offline desktop build runs locally under a vendor license key. Feature availability may differ between modes; pricing and support terms are described on the Pricing page and in your order or license agreement.
5. Data and availability
We implement reasonable safeguards for hosted data but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. You should maintain your own backups and export procedures appropriate to your regulatory obligations. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
6. Intellectual property
Lab Flow Pro, its branding, and underlying code remain the property of AInfomics and its licensors. Your lab retains ownership of operational data you enter, subject to these terms and applicable law.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The software is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for clinical decisions, misinterpreted results, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions: hello@ainfomics.xyz or the Contact page.
