Frequently asked questions

Common questions from lab owners evaluating Lab Flow Pro. This is operational software — not a public health content site.

What is Lab Flow Pro?

A laboratory information and operations workspace: register patients, order catalog tests, enter and approve results, print PDF reports, and manage front-desk billing. Each lab’s data is isolated in its own tenant boundary.

Is this a medical advice website?

No. Public pages describe the product. Clinical content lives inside private lab workspaces and patient portals authenticated with credentials from the receipt — not indexed as general health articles.

Online vs offline — which should I choose?

Choose online SaaS if you want browser access, automatic updates, and optional custom domains. Choose the offline desktop build if you need a local Windows install with a vendor license and no dependency on daily internet connectivity. See our comparison article.

How does the patient portal work?

After a visit is approved and payment rules are satisfied, patients sign in with MR number and password printed on the receipt to download their report. It is a private login — not open public medical publishing.

How do I start a trial lab?

Use Create your lab on the online platform. You will verify email, set up your lab profile, and invite staff with role-based access.

Who operates the platform?

Lab Flow Pro is designed and maintained by AInfomics — laboratory informatics and Python engineering. Business contact: hello@ainfomics.xyz. See About and Contact.

Where are privacy and terms?

Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. For product walkthroughs, see the User guide, Operational guides, and Blog.

Does the software publish patient data publicly?

No. Visit records live inside your lab’s private workspace. The patient portal requires MR number and password from the receipt — only that patient sees their approved report. Public pages on ainfomics.xyz describe the product only.

Will I see ads inside the app?

The online SaaS version may display Google Auto ads on HTML pages to support free access. The offline desktop install does not include advertising. See the Privacy Policy for cookie and advertising details.
