Staff users: Each lab includes 3 user accounts in the subscription price. Additional users beyond three are priced and billed separately—contact us when you need more seats.

Branded lab domain (paid add-on)

Your lab’s own hostname — professional home page with your logo and colours, Services / About / Contact, clear Staff login and Patient portal buttons, and QR-friendly URLs that stay on your brand. Provisioned by the platform owner; DNS and TLS are coordinated during onboarding.

Not required to use Lab Flow Pro: all tiers can keep using the shared platform URL for staff and for patient portal links when email service is enabled.

Enterprise

Hospital groups and multi-site labs: annual contracts, custom modules, integrations, branded domains at scale, and dedicated support. We scope users, compliance, workload, and identity on the web together.

Can we change plans later?

Yes. You can move between tiers as your volume changes.

How do roles and permissions work?

Each staff member has a role (e.g. receptionist, technologist, pathologist). Your lab admin assigns fine-grained permissions—who can edit tests, enter results, approve pathology, manage payments, and access directories—so access stays appropriate.

What are modules?

Large areas of the product—patients, catalog, reports, billing, payments, approver, outsourcing, and more—are turned on per lab when you subscribe. Staff still only see what their role and permissions allow.

What happens if we exceed the monthly visit limit?

Contact us to upgrade or discuss options. We aim to keep limits predictable so there are no surprises.

How many users can we have?

Your subscription covers 3 staff user accounts per lab. If you need more people in the system, we add seats at a separate rate and reflect that on your invoice.

What is the patient portal — and do we need our own domain?

Patients sign in with MR or visit number plus password from the receipt to view or download approved reports. That works on the shared platform URL when your plan includes enabling transactional email. A custom domain is optional: it gives you a branded website address, themed pages, and separate staff vs patient entry — priced as an add-on.

Can we use our lab’s domain for staff and patients?

Yes, as a paid branded-domain package. We map your hostname to your lab, enable HTTPS at the edge, and you get a professional landing page plus patient portal and staff login paths under that domain. Talk to us about DNS (usually a CNAME) and go-live timing.
