Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 11, 2026. This policy describes how AInfomics (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use the Lab Flow Pro website and online laboratory workspace.
Who we are
Lab Flow Pro is operated by AInfomics . For privacy questions, contact us via the Contact page.
Information we collect
- Account and lab data — names, emails, usernames, laboratory configuration, patient visit records, and operational data you enter as part of using the service.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and server logs used for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
- Cookies and similar technologies — session cookies for authentication, preference cookies, and third-party cookies placed by advertising partners (see below).
How we use information
We use collected information to provide and secure the Lab Flow Pro service, authenticate users, deliver patient portal access, communicate with account holders, improve the product, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud or abuse.
Advertising and Google AdSense
The online (SaaS) version of Lab Flow Pro displays advertisements provided by Google and other third parties to support free access to the platform. Ads may appear on public marketing pages, authenticated staff workspaces, patient portal pages, and other HTML pages served from the online service. Google may use cookies and web beacons to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site or other websites.
Lab Flow Pro is laboratory management software. We do not publish public medical articles or health advice. Patient portal pages show each patient only their own authenticated records; they are not a public health content library.
You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info. See How Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps for more information.
Data retention and security
We retain account and laboratory data for as long as your lab uses the service and as required for backups, billing, or legal compliance. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
- Account holders may update profile information and request account changes through lab administrators or platform support.
- You may disable cookies in your browser; some features (including sign-in) may not work without essential cookies.
- Patients using the portal should contact their laboratory for questions about medical records shown in the portal.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
